Wellness is a journey ----------> a very long, difficult, easy to fall off the wagon journey, but don't get discouraged! It's a day to day trek to make better choices and lifestyle modifications.
The key is to start with something simple, (baby steps!) like getting more sleep zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Sleeping/napping happens to be one of my favorite past-times, but for all of you go-getters that get less than 7 to 8 hours per night...did you know......
Being sleep deprived ages you in dog years! Ok, not really, but it does give you dark circles and can lead to puffiness under your eyes, and who wants those?! :)
Through the month of March we are having a sleep challenge in the office, and invite you to share your success stories and tips! Set a nap time, take a power nap and let's see how much better we feel!!
